Successors AL and Betty Jo Brown Continued the Traditions of Fine Food and Friendly, Neighborhood Bar From the Mid-50?s To 1973. in July 1974, Don Mercer, Roller Yondorf and Dave Wiley Continued the Tradition of Fine Food and Service Until 1980 When Bruce Dwight Became the Third Partner (After Dave’s Departure). the Trio Remained So Until 2001 When Don and Bruce Became Partners. Since Don’s Retirement in 2004, Dwight and James Williams (Long-Time Omar’s Chef) Have Continued the Tradition of the Fine Food and Service.
